Dipali's forte lies in building HR functions and departments from the ground-up, with a focus on HR strategy & operations, M&A, and change management centred on DEI & employee experience. She has a proven track record in crafting sustainable strategies & value-driven solutions, and optimising efficiencies, for industry giants across retail, healthcare, pharma, and education, as well as tech startups and NGOs. She brings to the table a powerful combination of skills and unique insights that play a pivotal role in guiding organisations towards sustained growth and development.

Dipali works her magic to assist fledgling companies in building comprehensive HR systems, while also guiding well-established organisations in overhauling their existing HR functions through OD interventions.
